Even where there has been a named Executor in a Will they are often family members who are grieving the loss of a close relative.

Neilsons Executry Service aims to take on the role of professional administrator ensuring that all legal aspects of winding up an estate are dealt with in a timely and sensitive manner.

Neilsons do not have to be the originator of the Will in order to undertake this role.  We do however require to be appointed by the stated Executor(s) on the Will.
