If you are happy with the initial budget plan, we will undertake a free pre sale valuation of your property (if applicable). If you have not already made mortgage arrangements we will arrange a free mortgage interview to demonstrate the maximum mortgage you could borrow and the monthly repayments.

The Budgetplan is then updated with your revised information to ensure that the whole project is affordable before you start.
