Neilsons Launches Brand New Website Featuring AI-Powered Property Search

By Neilsons Team

Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents has officially launched its brand-new website following a major digital redevelopment project aimed at creating a faster, smarter and more modern experience for buyers, sellers and legal clients across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Completely rebuilt from the ground up, the new website introduces a range of enhanced features including AI-powered property search, enhanced property detail pages with nearby location insights and an AI-powered property Q&A, faster and more intuitive browsing across desktop and mobile, advanced search filters, easier appointment booking and expanded property and legal guidance content.

The launch reflects the continued growth of Neilsons, currently number one for residential property sales in East Central Scotland and who now sell over one in every ten local properties.

The website has also been designed with future development in mind, allowing the firm to continue evolving its digital offering as technology and client expectations change.

Jenna Spence, Operations Director, said:

“We wanted the new website to better reflect the Neilsons business of today – modern, ambitious and focused on delivering the best possible client and user experience.

The way people search for property online is changing rapidly, particularly with the rise of AI and more conversational search behaviour. We felt it was important not just to keep up with those changes, but to get ahead of them, and I’m delighted that Neilsons is one of the first in Scotland to introduce these cutting-edge property features.

At the same time, we appreciate not everyone wants to search for property in the same way, so we’ve made sure the website still offers the best of both worlds. Traditional search remains at the heart of the site, but users now also have access to much more advanced search and filtering options which have been carefully curated based on user feedback and behaviour.

Every detail has been carefully considered, from the user experience and booking journeys to the content structure, mobile performance and AI-powered features. We’re incredibly proud of the result and look forward to continuing to build on it moving forward.”

Neilsons says the investment forms part of its wider strategy to continue growing the business while improving accessibility, transparency and client service standards across both estate agency and legal services.
