The Negotiator Awards are among the UK property industry’s most highly regarded accolades, celebrating excellence across estate agency, lettings and the wider residential property sector.
Now in their 19th year, the awards attract hundreds of entries from agencies and property businesses across the UK, with submissions assessed by an independent panel of experienced industry leaders and experts.
Being shortlisted across three categories this year is a fantastic achievement for Neilsons and recognises our continued commitment to providing an outstanding estate agency service, embracing innovation and delivering the best possible experience for our clients.
This year’s Website of the Year nomination is particularly exciting, not only because it follows the launch of our completely redeveloped website earlier in 2026, but because it’s the first time Neilsons has ever entered this category.
Built from the ground up to make the property journey faster, smarter and easier, the new Neilsons website introduced a host of innovative features, including AI powered property search, enhanced property pages with local area insights and property Q&A, improved search filters, easier appointment booking, and a single “Get an Estimate” hub where clients can request property and legal help, from a sale or purchase estimate to a Will or Power of Attorney, all in one place, alongside a faster, more intuitive experience across mobile and desktop.
The nomination is a fantastic recognition of the work that went into creating a digital experience designed around what today’s buyers, sellers and legal clients really need.
