Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents are delighted to announce that we have once again been shortlisted for the ‘Scottish Agency of the Year’ and ‘National Estate Agency of the Year’ categories at The Negotiator Awards, the UK’s most prestigious independent awards programme for the residential property industry. We are proud to be defending our titles, having won gold for Scottish Agency and Silver for UK Agency last year, and to have been recognised following a rigorous judging process by leading figures across the property sector.
The Negotiator Awards, established in 2008, are widely regarded as the gold standard within the estate and letting agency profession, recognised for their fairness, transparency and focus on celebrating excellence. Each year, the event brings together agencies and property professionals from across the UK for a major black-tie ceremony in London. This year’s ceremony will be hosted by award-winning comedian and television presenter Marcus Brigstocke.
This latest shortlisting comes hot on the heels of our exceptional success at the Scottish Legal Awards 2025, where we were honoured with three major awards: Property Team of the Year, Marketing and Business Development Team of the Year, and Firm of the Year (under 250 employees). These achievements reflect the expertise and dedication of our teams across both our legal and estate agency services.
