Home Reports Are Integral To The Selling Process
The Property Questionnaire: contains information about the home that will be useful for buyers. This will allow you to give your own experience of the property and it will be included in the report.
The Single Survey: is carried out by a professionally qualified surveyor and details the condition of the home and a valuation. This is a far more detailed report than the mortgage valuation report which was instructed under the previous procedure.
The Energy Report: contains an assessment by a surveyor of the energy efficiency of the home and recommends ways to improve its efficiency.
